ErecPower Official Website › Who it is for
Is ErecPower Right for You? Who It Suits
ErecPower suits adult men aged 18 and over who want a daily botanical routine.
It fits men who can wait three to four weeks before judging it. If you take prescription drugs, have a pharmacist check the panel first, since two botanicals have interactions.
See the six botanicals.
The second list on this page is longer than the first, which is unusual for a page on a selling website and is the right way round.
ErecPower is a reasonable fit if all five of these are true
- ■You are a healthy adult man, 18 or over. The label says 18 and over and the product is sold to men. Both halves of that matter.
- ■You take no prescription medicine, or a pharmacist has looked at this panel and cleared it.
- ■You want a routine rather than an event. Three to four weeks is the wait this desk records, and week one is reliably nothing.
- ■You have had the medical side considered, or you have no reason to think there is one. The usual causes are diagnosable and often treatable.
- ■You are content to buy a product with undisclosed amounts, having read the ingredients page and decided that anyway.
Five groups who should not buy ErecPower
Anyone taking digoxin
Hawthorn has a documented interaction. A crossover study in healthy volunteers examined the two together, and hawthorn carries its own EMA herbal monograph, which is a level of regulatory attention nothing else on this panel has. Ask before you start.
Anyone due a PSA test or under prostate monitoring
Saw palmetto is a prostate botanical. The updated Cochrane review covers what it does for urinary symptoms, and the NIDDK page on an enlarged prostate covers the condition. Whoever orders your PSA test should know you are taking it.
Anyone on nitrates, blood thinners or blood pressure medication
Hawthorn is cardioactive: a 2019 meta-analysis found a blood pressure rise when it was combined with camphor. Saw palmetto has been associated with bleeding. Neither is a reason to panic and both are a reason to ask a pharmacist first.
Anyone under 18, and anyone who is not a man
The label states 18 and over. The product is formulated and sold for men, one of its botanicals acts on the prostate, and none of the evidence on this website concerns women. It is not a unisex product.
Anyone who needs an answer this week
There is no acute mechanism here. A supplement that produced one would raise the question Tucker 2018 raised about this category, which is what was actually in it. If the problem is urgent, the answer is a clinician.
Who is actually buying ErecPower on this desk
The roster this desk publishes runs from 42 to 67 years old, with a median in the mid fifties. Six of the eight ordered six bottles and two ordered two. That age band is precisely the one most likely to be taking something on the exclusion list above, which is why the safety page is linked from every section of this website.
It is also the band the National Institute on Aging's page on supplements is written for, and it is five minutes well spent before a first order. NCCIH's guide to using supplements wisely is the other half of that briefing.
One structural point about the roster, which the reviews page goes into properly: eight named people share two sentences between them. Treat the ages and the pack sizes as real, because they are specific and varied, and treat the sentences as summary categories, because the pack we work from says they are.
Three questions worth answering before a first ErecPower order
Is this new, or has it been building for years?
A change that arrived suddenly, or alongside a new prescription, is a question for a doctor before it is a question for a supplement aisle. The NIDDK's list of causes is mostly made of things a clinician can measure: blood pressure, blood sugar, hormone levels, and the side effects of drugs already in the cupboard. A meta-analysis of cross-sectional studies found the problem substantially more common in men with hypertension.
What else is already in the cupboard?
This is the question the exclusion list above turns on. Digoxin, a nitrate, a blood thinner, blood pressure medication, anything hormonal, anything before surgery. If any of those apply, the five minutes at a pharmacy counter come before the order rather than after it.
Can you give it a month without deciding early?
Three to four weeks is the wait this desk records and week one is reliably nothing. If the honest answer is that you will judge it on Friday, a single bottle plus $9.99 of postage is an expensive way to confirm that. The timeline page is the version of this argument with the record attached.
What to do instead if ErecPower is not the right answer
A selling page saying this is unusual, so here it is plainly. If the question you are trying to answer is medical, a supplement is at best a delay. The NIDDK's page and MedlinePlus both set out what an assessment usually involves, and it is less invasive than most people expect: a conversation, a blood pressure reading, usually some blood work.
If the question is not medical, the boring inputs do more than this category admits. A 2022 scoping review of non-pharmacological interventions went through what actually moves testosterone and sperm parameters, and the answers are sleep, body composition, alcohol and exercise rather than anything in a bottle. The EMAS position statement makes the same point from the clinical side about older men specifically.
None of that makes a botanical routine pointless. It makes it the smaller of two levers, and a buyer who knows which lever is which is much less likely to be disappointed at week four.
How the ErecPower exclusion list was assembled
Each exclusion traces to a specific published interaction or to a statement printed on the label, and each one is linked in the sentence that makes it. Nothing on this list is there for legal comfort. Where we could not find evidence of an interaction, it is not listed, and the absence is stated on the safety page rather than filled with a hedge.
