ErecPower Refund Policy: 60 Days, In Full
ErecPower carries a 60-day money-back window running from the date of purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer one. Start it by calling the order support desk with your order ID, post the bottles to the New York returns address with tracking at your own cost, and the refund is issued three to five business days after it is credited.

What actually happens to a ErecPower refund request
You call, inside 60 days of purchase

You post the bottles back
To 9 West 57th Street, Floor 31, New York, NY 10019, USA, with your full name, email address and order ID inside. Tracked, at your own cost. Keep the tracking number until the refund lands.
The return is received and credited
It is checked against the order record: the order ID, the pack, the date. This is the step a missing order ID slows down, sometimes by a week or more.
The refund is issued
Three to five business days after the return is credited. Then five to ten days for the money to appear on the card, which belongs to your bank rather than to anybody here.
If it has not arrived

What the ErecPower refund policy does not cover
- ■Return postage. The buyer pays it. On a six-bottle box that is not trivial, and it is one more argument for starting with three.

- ■A claim made after 60 days. The window is the window. It runs from purchase and it is the seller’s term, not this desk’s.
- ■A parcel that never arrives. An untracked return is unprovable, which is why the tracked service is worth the extra.
- ■Any medical outcome. A money-back guarantee is a purchase term. It is not evidence that a product works and it is not a promise about your health.
Why the ErecPower window runs from purchase rather than delivery
It is the seller’s term and this desk applies it rather than setting it, so the honest answer to why is that the seller chose it. What this page can do is tell you what it costs you.
A parcel that takes eight days to arrive removes eight days from a sixty-day window before you have swallowed anything. If that does not resolve it, write to [email protected] so there is a written record with dates in it. Keep your own copy. A written thread with dates is worth far more than a recollection of a telephone call, to you and to us.
The website desk at [email protected] cannot see orders and cannot move a refund along, so copying it in does not help. It can correct this page if something on it turns out to be wrong, which is a different and smaller thing.
