ErecPower Safety: Every Interaction On This Panel
ErecPower carries six botanicals and two of them have documented interactions that matter: hawthorn with digoxin, and saw palmetto with a PSA reading and with bleeding. The label prints no amounts, so severity cannot be graded. Ask a pharmacist before the first capsule if you take anything on prescription.
One table, six rows, and a section at the end on the risk that belongs to the category rather than to this bottle.
The ErecPower interaction table, with the evidence beside each row
| Botanical | What to watch | Where that comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Hawthorn berry | Digoxin. Also cardioactive in its own right, so relevant to blood pressure and heart medication generally. | Tankanow 2003 and the EMA monograph |
| Saw palmetto | Can lower a PSA reading. Associated with bleeding, so relevant alongside anticoagulants and before surgery. | Cochrane 2024 and NCCIH |
| Tongkat ali | Hormonally active. Relevant to anyone on testosterone therapy or being treated for a hormone-sensitive condition. | Leisegang 2022 |
| Tribulus | Case reports of liver and kidney effects exist in the wider literature. Hormonal effect is not established. | Neychev 2005 and Kamenov 2017 |
| Epimedium | Acts on the PDE5 pathway in the laboratory, which is the same pathway a nitrate must never be combined with. Human data is absent, so treat the caution as precautionary. | Fris 2026 |
| Chrysin | Very poorly absorbed, which limits both effect and risk. Inhibits some metabolising enzymes in vitro. | Gao 2021 |
Severity cannot be graded on this label, because grading requires a dose and no dose is printed. That is a limitation of the product rather than of this table, and it cuts both ways: an undisclosed amount may be too small to interact at all.
The five-minute pharmacist conversation before starting ErecPower
This is the single most useful thing on the page and it costs nothing. Take the bottle, or a photograph of the label, to any pharmacy counter and ask whether anything on it conflicts with your prescriptions. A pharmacist has the interaction database in front of them and no commercial interest in the answer.
What to tell them: the six botanical names, the fact that no amounts are printed, and your current prescriptions including anything bought over the counter. NCCIH's page on using supplements wisely is a good one-page briefing to read first, and MedlinePlus keeps monographs on individual botanicals.
And tell your doctor you are taking it. Roughly half of supplement users do not, which is how an unexplained PSA reading or an interaction ends up being investigated as something else. It is a thirty-second sentence in an appointment you were having anyway.
The risk that belongs to the category rather than to ErecPower
Supplements sold for sexual enhancement are the single most adulterated category in the American market. Tucker 2018, in JAMA Network Open, analysed the FDA's own warning record and found unapproved pharmaceutical ingredients across hundreds of products, with sildenafil and its analogues the most common. That is a finding about the category and about products found in it, not a finding about this bottle.
Why it matters anyway: an undeclared PDE5 inhibitor is dangerous precisely to the people most likely to buy one of these products, because it is contraindicated with nitrates and men with cardiac disease are over-represented among buyers. A product that worked dramatically and immediately would be the warning sign, not the selling point.
What a buyer can actually do about it is short and practical. Buy from a desk that publishes a lot number and can match it to an order, which is what the batch page is for. Avoid anything promising a same-day effect. Keep the bottle rather than decanting it. And if a capsule does something dramatic, stop and take it to a doctor rather than reordering.
What ErecPower buyers on this desk actually report
This desk holds 996 written reviews across 9,110 orders and the recorded complaint is not a side effect. It is “slow start, wanted more in week 1”. That is the only negative theme in the record, and the single three-star review on the roster says the same thing in different words.
That is not the same as saying there are none. A retail desk sees returns and telephone calls, not adverse events, and a buyer who felt unwell would be far more likely to stop quietly than to write a review. Treat the absence as an absence of reports rather than as evidence of safety, which is the honest reading of any commercial review set including this one.
If something does happen, tell us on +1 (877) 257-0825 and tell a clinician. Keep the bottle and the lot number.
Two groups ErecPower is not formulated for at all
Stated here rather than assumed. This product is labelled for adults aged 18 and over and it is formulated and sold for men. It is not a unisex supplement: saw palmetto acts on the prostate, tongkat ali is hormonally active, and none of the evidence cited anywhere on this website was gathered in women.
So nothing on this page should be read as a safety assessment for anyone who is pregnant, nursing, or under 18. There is no assessment, because the product is not for them and this desk has no data that would support one. The who it is for page carries the full exclusion list.
How the ErecPower safety page is maintained
Every row of the table above is linked to the paper or the regulator page it came from, and each was checked before it was written down. Where the evidence is precautionary rather than demonstrated, the row says so in those words. Nothing has been added to make the list look thorough and nothing has been left out to make the product look clean.
